Capturing Newborn Photos for a fellow Photographer.
This babe’s mama, Brianna, and I go way back to a time when we both photographed babies for the same company. Now she specializes in wedding photography due to being AWESOME at it. In contrast, I have chosen to focus on newborn and maternity photos. While I didn’t know Brianna when Jeff and I got married, she now photographs our family multiple times throughout the year. She is amazing, so of course the pressure was on to deliver some amazing family photos with her new addition.
Family Heirlooms in Newborn Photos because it Tells a Story.
I absolutely love when families bring in special heirloom items to incorporate into their baby photos. When I was at Brianna’s baby shower, her mother-in-law gifted Brianna with items that her husband, Randy, wore as a child. I thought it was a special thing to have pieces passed down from Randy’s infancy, so I told Brianna that we had to incorporate something into the session. The white bonnet Baby girl is wearing with the floral wrap is what Randy wore for his baptism and I certainly think that it is pretty cute!
