When to Book Portraits

In order to not miss out, the best time to book a session is to contact Jennifer during pregnancy. Your due date will be reserved and put on the calendar with the assumption that newborn baby will come sometime around that scheduled date. If your bundle of joy wants to come early, no problem. Or if they want to stay with mom a bit longer, again no problem. We can be flexible as long as you book ahead of time…

Newborn and Maternity Photo Studio

Jennifer McNeil Photography has a dedicated studio as an option for all her clients. Moms, Dads, children and babies are welcome to come and relax in the spacious studio. Spacious enough for multiple set ups, the space is dedicated to you during your stay. Ordering appointment also take place in the studio once photos are edited.

Styling Your Sessions

With a well curated mix of wraps, blankets and props there is no shortage of ideas we can create for your photo session. There are small setups for babies and whole family backdrops so everyone can have an chance to be in front of the camera. Safety First for All Sessions

Calming your newborn for photos is the first step in making a session safe. A baby is the most precious gift I can imagine and you are probably seeking photographic services because you feel the same way. I have taken years to learn and perfect some baby whispering techniques along with safe wrapping, posing, and use of props. Likewise for maternity photography, it is always important to listen to your body and I will check in with you throughout our time to make sure you are comfortable and take breaks when needed.
